Our role

JetLeg is a booking agent. JetLeg does not own or operate aircraft. Each flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 or Part 121 certificated air carrier, which is the air carrier for your flight and holds operational control.

Booking

Legs are sold at fixed Buy It Now prices set by the operator, for the whole aircraft or individual seats. Your booking is confirmed when payment succeeds. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Empty legs depend on the operator's primary trip and may be rescheduled or cancelled. If the operator cancels, you receive a full refund. Full refund policy to be published before launch.
